GENERAL INFORMATION
A 10 km or 5.5 km summer obstacle course, including a 3 km version in which an adult can do the race with his child. This version is also a great way to initiate yourself to this type of race.
We suggest that kids doing the Family Run be aged between 10 and 16. Unless the child has experience in this type of event.
There is also the Abomini, a 1.2 km version for young kids aged between 4 and 11. Parents can run alongside their kids on adjacent paths.
About 50 people start every 20 minutes, from 10:20 am to 4:00 pm for a maximun of 550 participants.
Bring your supporters, it's free for them! They will be able to cheer you on throughout 50 % of the race (on adjacent paths)
Food and drinks available on site:
hot dogs, corn, chips, chocolate, Gatoraid, water, Mister Freeze.
Debit and credit cards won't be accepted on site on the day of the race.
